Flood Warning until 08:00PM Wednesday

* WHAT...River and creek flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues.

* WHERE...Portions of central and northern West Virginia, including the following counties, in central West Virginia, Braxton, Nicholas, Taylor and Webster. In northern West Virginia, Barbour, Harrison, Lewis, Pocahontas, Randolph and Upshur.

* WHEN...Until 800 PM EDT.

* IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is occurring.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 214 PM EDT, In addition to high water from streams and low-lying areas, several large creeks have surpassed bankfull. This includes Middle Fork and Mill Creek, resulting in some minor flooding in Ellamore and the town of Mill Creek. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Clarksburg, Elkins, Buckhannon, Grafton, Weston, Philippi, Sutton, Audra State Park, Belington, Stonewood, Gassaway, Mill Creek, and Rock Cave. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
