* WHERE...A portion of northern West Virginia, including the following counties, Barbour, Randolph and Upshur.
* WHEN...Until 800 PM EDT.
* IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers and larger creeks and streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 635 PM EDT, Gages report flooding on the Middle Fork of the Tygart River and Mill Creek along with their tributaries. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Instructions:
