Traffic Alert (Route 18 and Old Bridge Turnpike) 
Due to roadwork taking place on Route 18 in East Brunswick, the following road closures will be in place during the overnight hours on the the dates indicated.
Monday, April 15th & Tuesday, April 16th
- Route 18 (both northbound and southbound)
- Between Rues Lane and Racetrack Road
Wednesday, April 17th & Thursday, April 18th
- Route 18 (both northbound and southbound)
- Between Racetrack Road and Milltown Road
Posted detours will direct traffic around the closures.
Motorists should use extra caution and anticipate traffic delays in the area of the closures, including the Old Bridge Turnpike area of South River. Please plan an alternate route, if possible.
Please note that these dates are approximate and are subject to change based on work completed and weather conditions. If work is unable to be performed due to rain, the schedule will be pushed back by one day.
