Flood Warning until 12:15AM Sunday 
* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.
* WHERE...Portions of South Central and Southeast Kansas, including the following counties, in South Central Kansas, Cowley. In Southeast Kansas, Allen, Chautauqua, Labette, Montgomery, Neosho, Wilson and Woodson.
* WHEN...Until 1215 AM CDT.
* IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring. Low-water crossings are inundated with water and may not be passable.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 717 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the warned area. Between 2 and 3 inches of rain have fallen. - Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 2 inches are possible in the warned area. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Independence, Chanute, Iola, Neodesha, Fredonia, Cherryvale, Caney, Humboldt, Yates Center, Sedan, La Harpe, Gas, Moran, Thayer, Altoona, Elk City, Buffalo, Tyro, Neosho Falls and Peru.

Instructions:
Do not drive into flooded areas or go around barricades. Nearly two feet of water will carry most vehicles away. Turn around, don't drown.
