* WHAT...Additional hit-or-miss thunderstorms remain possible today. While widespread additional heavy rainfall is unlikely, any additional rain will only aggravate ongoing flooding concerns over southeast Kansas.

* WHERE...A portion of Southeast Kansas, including the following counties, Allen, Chautauqua, Elk, Greenwood, Labette, Montgomery, Neosho, Wilson and Woodson.

* WHEN...Until 7 PM CDT this evening.

* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Low-water crossings may be flooded.

* AFFECTED AREAS: GREENWOOD ... WOODSON ... ALLEN ... ELK ... WILSON ... NEOSHO ... CHAUTAUQUA ... MONTGOMERY ... LABETTE

Instructions:

Do not drive into flooded areas or go around barricades. Nearly two feet of water will carry most vehicles away. Turn around, don't drown.
