Full Notification

On May 20, 2024, at 11:30pm, Fairfield Police Officers were called to the 1100 Block of Courtland Court for a report of a driver passed out in a vehicle.  Officers arrived and saw the driver, a 22-year-old Fairfield man, with a gunshot wound to his head.  Paramedics were called and the driver was transported to a local hospital with life-threatening injuries.  He remains in critical condition.  

Detectives from the Investigations Division responded to the scene and are investigating the shooting.
