Business and Industry (B-I) Zone - Master Plan Study: Community Meeting #1

Purpose of the meeting:  The Township has hired a consultant, Brightview Engineering, to conduct a traffic and planning evaluation of the Township’s Business and Industry (B-I) zone. In the Community Meeting #1, Brightview Engineering will present an overview of their district-wide traffic evaluation under existing and potential future conditions (including traffic-related impacts from warehouse development). Brightview will also provide an overview of anticipated next steps in the study.

In future community meetings and hearings, Brightview Engineering will present study recommendations resulting from their evaluation as well as input received from the public, the study steering committee, the Planning Board and Township officials.
