From 9 PM tonight thru 3 am, heavy traffic to include stopped traffic in the areas of Brown Ave at Gay St to south on Brown Av to north on Perimeter Rd to north on Harvey to South on South Willow due to heavy equipment being transported thru the area. Use caution.
