At about 9 pm tonight thru 0300 in the morning, traffic could be heavy to include delays and stoppage from Brown Av and Gay St south to Perimeter Rd, northerly on Perimeter to north on Harvy to south on S Willow due to heavy equipment being moved. Expect delays and avoid the area if possible. Use caution
