Widespread Network Outage Update 2 
As of 9:00PM: "The damage to the underground fiber cable was severe and extensive. This cable served as a main internet supply path in and out of northeastern Jefferson County. Crews are running a new cable overhead to replace it. Work will continue into the night."
PUD reports the main fiber line to network hub was damaged by underground work on Ness Corner Rd. Crews are working to repair, internet outage may continue through early evening.
