Accident occurred at the the intersection of HWY 278 and Wild Horse Rd on HHI. Left WB lane of HWY 278 is open 
Accident has just occurred at the intersection of Highway 278 and Wild Horse Road on Hilton Head Island. The middle and right lanes of westbound Highway 278 are currently blocked. The left lane of westbound Highway 278 is the only lane open at this time. Please use caution and expect delays while traveling through the area.
