The Flood Warning will expire at 330 PM EDT this afternoon for a portion of central Pennsylvania, including the following areas, Adams, Cumberland, Dauphin, Juniata, Northumberland, Perry, Snyder and York. Flood waters are receding. The heavy rain has ended. Flooding is no longer expected to pose a threat. Please continue to heed remaining road closures.
