GMI Asphalt LLC, the contractor for the Department of Public Works, will be paving on Young Street from Taylor St. to Somerville St. and Jewett St. from Somerville St. to Young St. The paving is scheduled to begin on August 20th, 2024, and will take place from 7:00 p.m. to 5:00 a.m. The street will be closed during the paving operations, so we encourage travelers to find alternative routes.

Please plan your activities accordingly and, if possible, avoid the construction zone. It would be helpful to use alternate routes during this period. Detour routes will be available to guide traffic.

While we strive to minimize disruptions, please be prepared for potential delays in accessing your property. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and greatly appreciate your understanding and cooperation as we work to improve our community's infrastructure.
