This morning, at approximately 7:02 am, Farmersville Police Department officers were dispatched to the trail between Houston and Murchison Street in response to a report of an unconscious individual. Upon arrival, officers discovered a male subject with an apparent self-inflicted wound.
Officers are still on scene, and the investigation is in its early stages. At this time, we cannot provide any further details regarding the incident.
