Investigation continues into the death scene on Langford Road on Saint Helena. 
The Beaufort County Sheriff’s Office continues their investigation into the death scene that was reported on Wednesday, August 21, 2024. At about 9:15 A.M., the Beaufort County Sheriff's Office Communications Center received a report of a deceased body being found on Langford Road near Seaside Road on Saint Helena.
The victim is identified as 33-year-old Stephanie Campbell. The Beaufort County Coroner’s Office has confirmed that she has suffered from gunshot wounds.
The circumstances that led to her death remain under investigation. Anyone with information regarding this case is asked to call the lead investigator, Staff Sergeant Tunis at 843-255-3426. Information can also be submitted online at BCSO.NET.
