The Manor Police Department is in final stages of on-scene investigation that has had HWY 290 closed for several hours at Grennbury Dr. Austin bound morning commuters should anticipate heavier delays coming into Manor as the HWY is still closed as of this message. 

A Late morning closure will occur as investors return to the scene after the morning traffic hours and additional delays are anticipated at that time.
