Friday, August 30th, The Belmar 5 Kid’s Race and activities will be held at Silver Lake Park at 5th and Ocean Avenues at 6:30pm.
The Belmar 5 will be held Saturday, August 31st. The run will start at 8:00am. At 7:00am, all of Ocean Avenue, North Blvd, and 5th through 9th Avenue Ocean to Main Street will be closed to all vehicular traffic until the race ends. Please expect some delays while the runners are on the course and cooperate with public safety officials and race volunteers. There will be no parking along Ocean Avenue from 1st to 9th Avenue and around Silver Lake. Anyone needing to leave areas that will be closed are to travel westbound towards Main Street.
