* WHERE...Portions of central, north central, northwest, and west central Mississippi, including the following counties, in central Mississippi, Holmes, Humphreys and Yazoo. In north central Mississippi, Carroll, Grenada, Leflore and Montgomery. In northwest Mississippi, Bolivar, Sunflower and Washington. In west central Mississippi, Issaquena, Sharkey and Warren.

* WHEN...Until 1 PM CDT this afternoon.

* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Creeks and streams may rise out of their banks. Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Tropical Depression Francine will bring rounds of heavy rainfall totaling of 1 to 3 additional, 3 to 6 inches storm total. This will lead to flash flooding especially in urban and poor drainage areas.
