Park Construction Corporation will continue construction activities on the Christian Brook Sewer Separation project during the week of October 28th through November 1st .
Crew 1: Will continue installing drain pipe and catch basins on Carnegie Street between Hawthorne Street and Linden Street then after the blasting crew completes their work, drain piping installation will continue on Carnegie Street between hall Street and Belmont Street. Carnegie Street will be closed to through traffic with detour signage and police details on site to direct traffic around the construction zones.
Crew 2: Will continue installing drainage piping on Webster Street between Maple Street and Oak St, then will replace the water main on Webster Street between Oak Street and Maple Street. Webster Street will be closed between Maple Street and Oak Street with detour signage and police details to direct traffic around the construction zone. The crew will also be lowering manhole and catch basin frames and covers in preparation for paving on Joe English, Tory Road and Red Coat Lane. Covers will also be lowered on Sagamore Street, Blodget Street and surrounding streets.
Crew 3: Capitol Rock will continue drilling and blasting ledge for the drainage piping on Carnegie Street at the Hall Street intersection. Carnegie Street at Hall Steet will be closed to through traffic.
