State Rd 26 Road Closure Announced 
INDOT announces a temporary closure on State Road 26 east of Rossville.
Beginning on or after Tuesday, Nov. 5, crews will close down S.R. 26 between County Road 200 W and C.R. 300 W. During the closure, crews will be doing a pipe culvert installation. Work is expected to last a day but is weather-dependent and subject to change.
The official detour around the project is U.S. 421/S.R. 28 to S.R. 75 to S.R. 26 heading eastbound, and S.R. 75 to U.S. 421/S.R. 28 to S.R. 26 going westbound. INDOT encourages all drivers to seek an alternate route and use caution in and around all work zones.
