Are you interested in starting your career in law enforcement and live in Stokes County? Give us a call. We are looking for future officers to sponsor for Basic Law Enforcement Training (BLET). Forsyth Technical Community College, Surry Community College, and Rockingham Community College all will begin their Spring 2025 classes in January. The number of sponsorships is limited.

Requirements are:
- Must be at least 20 years of age
- Have a clean criminal record
- Live in Stokes County
- Complete the application process (For a paid sponsorship)

We are also looking for detention officers. The Stokes County Jail is a great place to get experience in the law enforcement field while getting ready for BLET.
