The following is a message from Mayor Peter Guindi regarding this morning's Drinking Water Notice.
The Drinking Water Notice distributed earlier stems from a DEP requirement not met in 2023, which was posted to the borough's website at that time.
As a result, certain measures were implemented - including the unidirectional flushing program mentioned in this morning's notice. The flushing will take place during the overnight hours, minimizing impact to residents.
