The city is currrently experiencing an outage resulting in approx. 100 intersections with no functioning traffic signals. There is currently no estimated time for restoration.
As a reminder, when you encounter an intersection with non-functioning traffic signals, or signals that are flashing, the vehicle code requires that you treat it as a stop sign.
