Winds gusting as high as 45 mph.

* IMPACTS...Roads, and especially bridges and overpasses, will likely become slick and hazardous. Power outages and tree damage are likely due to the ice. Travel could be nearly impossible. Widespread blowing snow could significantly reduce visibility. Gusty winds could bring down tree branches.
