* WHEN...From 10 PM Sunday to 6 AM EST Tuesday. Highest snowfall rates occur overnight Sunday into early Monday morning. Snow may mix with sleet and freezing rain Monday morning into the afternoon.
* IMPACTS...Travel could be very difficult. The hazardous conditions could impact the Monday morning and evening commutes.
