* WHERE...Northwest Pocahontas and Southeast Randolph Counties.
* WHEN...For the Cold Weather Advisory, until 10 PM EST this evening. For the Extreme Cold Warning, from 10 PM this evening to 1 PM EST Wednesday.
* IMPACTS...The dangerously cold wind chills as low as 22 below zero could cause frostbite on exposed skin in 30 minutes or less. Frostbite and hypothermia will occur if unprotected skin is exposed to these temperatures.
* AFFECTED AREAS: NORTHWEST POCAHONTAS ... SOUTHEAST RANDOLPH
