* IMPACTS...Power outages and tree damage are likely due to the ice. Travel could be nearly impossible. The hazardous conditions could impact the Wednesday evening and Thursday morning commutes.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...A mix of light freezing rain, sleet, and snow begins Wednesday evening. Precipitation mainly becomes a steady freezing rain Wednesday night. Temperatures will warm Thursday morning transitioning freezing rain over to rain.
