Unpermitted Food Vendors (MFFs): A Hidden Danger

That tasty street food might come with more than just flavor—it could come with serious health risks! Here’s why you should think twice before eating from unlicensed pop-up vendors:

No Health Inspections – Without permits, there’s no guarantee the food is safe, properly stored, or cooked at the right temperature.

High Risk of Foodborne Illness – Bacteria like Salmonella and E. coli thrive in unsanitary conditions, leading to food poisoning, stomach cramps, and worse.

No Accountability – If you get sick, there’s no way to track the vendor down or ensure they follow safety standards.

Public Health at Risk – Unregulated food sales can spread illness, affecting not just individuals but the entire community.

Eat Safe, Stay Healthy! – Always buy from permitted vendors who follow proper health and safety regulations. Look for visible health permits before you take that first bite!
