* IMPACTS...Travel could be very difficult. The hazardous conditions could impact today's evening commute, as well as both the morning and evening commutes on Wednesday. Roads may become impassable due to the combination of heavy, wet snow through tonight, followed by significant icing Wednesday afternoon and evening.
