Flood Warning until 09:45AM 
The Flood Warning will expire at 945 AM EST this morning for portions of central, northern, and southern West Virginia, including the following counties, in central West Virginia, Braxton, Clay, Nicholas and Webster. In northern West Virginia, Barbour, Lewis, Pocahontas, Randolph and Upshur. In southern West Virginia, Fayette and Kanawha. Flood waters have receded. Flooding is no longer expected to pose a threat. Please continue to heed remaining road closures.
