Shamrock Shuffle/ St. Patrick’s Day Parade will be held on Sunday, March 30th, 2025 from 0600 am to 2:00 pm +/- On Elm St.
This event will cause the closure of portions of a few city streets in Manchester surrounding the Elm St area. Expect delays in the downtown area.
