* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.

* WHERE...Portions of central, north central, and west central Indiana, including the following counties, in central Indiana, Clinton, Howard and Tipton. In north central Indiana, Carroll. In west central Indiana, Fountain, Montgomery, Parke, Tippecanoe, Vermillion and Warren.

* WHEN...From 8 PM EDT this evening through Sunday morning.

* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Extensive street flooding and flooding of creeks and rivers are possible.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Multiple rounds of heavy rainfall will impact central Indiana late today through early Sunday. Flash flooding will be possible tonight into Thursday with significant river flooding developing late this week into the weekend. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
