We need your help locating this at-risk missing person. Chris Christensen is 87 years old, is diagnosed with Dementia and Parkinsons, and has been missing since approximately 5:00 PM when he walked away from his residence on Vine Hill Road near Graton in an unknown direction of travel. He was last seen wearing a navy blue zip up jacket, jeans, and slippers.  Christensen is believed to be on foot and usually uses a walker, however his walker was found inside the house.  Christensen has no cell phone or means of communication. 

*If you have security cameras can you please check to see if you have any footage of the missing person at risk * and or if you see anyone matching this description call 911 or 707-565-2121.
