The National Weather Service in Lincoln has issued a

* Tornado Warning for...
Northeastern McLean County in central Illinois...

* Until 445 PM CDT.

* At 356 PM CDT, a severe thunderstorm capable of producing a tornado
was located near Downs, or 8 miles east of Bloomington, moving
northeast at 45 mph.

HAZARD...Tornado and half dollar size hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated rotation.

IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without
shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed.
Damage to roofs, windows, and vehicles will occur. Tree
damage is likely.
