Southern California Edison (SCE) and City Light and Power will conduct a planned power outage on Cowlin Ave (within Harbor St, Atlantic Blvd, and Fitzgerald Ave) on Wednesday, April 23, 2025, from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. Crew will be replacing a power pole, so the surrounding area will be affected by the large power outage. Traffic signals at Atlantic & Everington, Eastern & Stevens Pl, and Steven’s Steakhouse will not be affected. There will be an alleyway closure from Everington St to Farrar St. All businesses and residents that will be affected have been notified.
