Park Construction Corporation will continue construction activities on the Christian Brook Sewer Separation project during the week of April 28^th  through May 2^nd .  
 
Crew 1: Will continue construction of the new drainage system and water main revisions on Beech Street between Webster Street and North Street. This work will require closing Beech Street between Webster Street and North Street. Detour signage and Manchester Police details will be on site to assist with traffic.  All large trucks will be detoured to Union Street to go around the construction zone.
 
Crew 2: Will continue to demolish existing sidewalks and prepare to place new sidewalks on Oak Street from Webster Street to the St. Mary’s bank parking lot entrance. Sidewalk replacement will only occur on the West side of Oak Street.
 
Starting on Monday April 28, Green Mountain,  will resume rehabilitation of the sewers on Carnegie Street between Linden Street and Russell Street. Sewer bypass pumping will be required from Ashland Street to Russell Street. Work hours on Monday will be 7:00 am to 5:00 pm then on Tuesday and Wednesday, work hours will be from 7:00 am to approximately 10:00 pm. The pumping and steam curing equipment will create noise, but sound moderating equipment will be used to minimize disruption. Police details will be on site to assist motorist with navigating the construction zone. Sewer interruptions between Linden Street and Russell Street will occur and notices to affected residents will be provided by the installer as the work progresses.
