Somerville St. paving between Belmont St. and Fremont St. on April 30, 2025 
GMI Asphalt LLC, the contractor for the Department of Public Works (DPW), will be performing paving on Somerville Street between Belmont Street and Fremont Street on Wednesday , April 30 ,2025, from 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
During this time, the section of Somerville Street will have limited access and parking will be prohibited during construction hours. Travelers are advised to use Hayward Street as alternative routes. Drivers are advised to follow posted detour signs and plan for potential delays.
Please plan your activities accordingly and avoid the construction zone if possible. While we aim to minimize disruptions, be prepared for possible delays and limited access to properties in the area.
