* Locations impacted include... Paintersville, Melvin, Rosemoor, Lumberton, Oakland, Sabina, Blanchester, Lees Creek, Martinsville, Morrisville, Wilmington, Ogden, Interstate 71 at US Route 68, Cowan Lake State Park, Milledgeville, Bloomington, New Antioch, Westboro, Cuba, and Midland. This includes I-71 in Ohio between mile markers 47 and 64.
