Power Outage 
Portions of South River are still without power. Internet and landline telephone outages are also possible. South River Electric Utility, along with other utility companies, are working on repairs and restoration.
During the repair process, additional areas may lose power. If your power is restored before all repairs are completed, it is possible you may lose power again while repairs are continuing.
At this time, there is no estimated timeframe for when repairs will be completed. We will provide updates as more information becomes available.
Please do not contact police headquarters to inquire about the status of the power. If you need non-emergency assistance, contact us at 732-238-1000. Only dial 9-1-1 for emergencies.
