Flood Advisory until 07:00PM

* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.

* WHERE...Portions of southwest and west central Indiana, including the following counties, in southwest Indiana, Greene and Sullivan. In west central Indiana, Clay, Owen and Vigo.

* WHEN...Until 700 PM EDT.

* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. Water over roadways.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 346 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Between 0.75 and 1.5 inches of rain have fallen across southern Vigo County. - Additional rainfall amounts of 0.75 to 1.5 inches are expected over the area. This additional rain will result in minor flooding. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Jasonville, Shelburn, Prairie Creek, Farmersburg, Clay City, Hymera, Fairbanks, Pimento and Coalmont. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
