* Until 630 PM EDT.
* At 501 PM EDT, multiple severe thunderstorms were located along a line extending from Spring Grove to Codorus to Manchester, moving east at 25 mph. HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts and quarter size hail. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Hail damage to vehicles is expected. Expect wind damage to roofs, siding, and trees.
* Locations impacted include... York, Hanover, Weigelstown, Gettysburg, Parkville, Red Lion, Spry, Dallastown, Hampton, Shiloh, East York, and Stonybrook-Wilshire. Radar has indicated rotation within these severe thunderstorms. Although a tornado is not immediately likely, tornadoes can develop quickly during severe thunderstorms. This includes Interstate 83 from mile markers 0 to 24.
