Paramount has been experiencing blackouts in the neighborhoods surrounding Alondra Boulevard from Paramount Boulevard to Downey Avenue which has affected some traffic signals in the area. Please treat all non-operational intersection traffic signals as four-way stops and be cautious when driving in darkened areas.
