Janesville, Beloit, South Beloit, Milton, Brodhead, Clinton, Orfordville, Footville, Lake Koshkonong, Newark, Magnolia, Tiffany, Hanover, Avalon, Shopiere, Afton, Avon, Emerald Grove, Johnstown Center, and Leyden. This includes the following highways... Interstate 39/90 between mile markers 164 and 187. Wisconsin Highway 26 between mile markers 6 and 13. Interstate 43 between mile markers 0 and 11.
