Flood Warning until 12:00AM Wednesday

* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.

* WHERE...A portion of Southeast Kansas, including the following counties, Greenwood and Woodson.

* WHEN...Until midnight CDT tonight.

* IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 756 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated the heavy rain has moved east of the area. Flooding may continue due to runoff from earlier heavy rainfall in the warned area. - This includes the following streams and drainages... Neosho River, Verdigris River, Carlisle Branch, Village Creek, Rowe Branch Elk River, Swing Creek, West Buffalo Creek, Elk River, Crain Creek, Tar Creek, Cherry Creek, Slate Creek, Little Sandy Creek, Tadpole Creek, Snake Creek, Onion Creek, Brazil Creek, Badger Creek, Little Salt Creek, Miller Creek, Cedar Creek, Bachelor Creek, Otter Creek, North Branch Otter Creek, Sandy Creek, Greenhall Creek, Owl Creek, Bloody Run, Turkey Creek, Indian Creek, Pawpaw Creek, Ross Branch, Meadow Creek, Rock Creek, South Branch Otter Creek, Durham Creek, North Branch Hickory Creek, Buffalo Creek, Fall River, Spring Creek, Watson Branch, South Owl Creek, West Creek, Homer Creek, Chelsea Township, Honey Creek, Kitty Creek, Salt Creek, Walnut Creek, Dry Creek, Scatter Creek, Shawnee Creek, North Owl Creek, Plum Creek and Duck Creek. - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
