Park Construction Corporation will continue construction activities on the Christian Brook Sewer Separation project during the week of June 23^rd through June 27^th.
 
Crew 1: Will continue installation of the drain piping then replace portions of the sewer piping and water main on Pickering Street. Pickering Street will be closed to through traffic from Webster Street to Applecrest Road with detour signage and police details to assist motorists.
 
Crew 2: Will continue restoration of lawns and irrigation systems and performing cleanup of streets and lawns throughout the project area. Road closures will not be required for this activity.
 
Tri-State Curb will be installing new curb and resetting curbs on Beech, Ash, and Maple Streets between North Street and Webster Street and on Belmont Street from Gurtner to Rebel Lane. Road closures are not anticipated but traffic will be stopped occasionally to allow work to progress. Motorists should anticipate delays on these streets
 
Continental Paving will be placing the top course of asphalt on the following streets: Belmont Street between Smyth Road and Sagamore Street. Sagamore Street from Belmont to Skyview, Blodget Street from Birchwood to Skyview, High Ridge Road from Blodget to the crest of the hill and Birchwood Street between Sagamore Street and Blodget Street. Temporary road closures will be required to complete this work. Detour signage and police details will be on site to assist motorists.
 
Over the next four weeks additional road closures will be required on Belmont Street between Carnegie and Webster Streets and on Webster Street from Pickering Street to Smyth Road and a section of Smyth Road between Webster Street and Dave Street. Once all piping work has been completed on Webster Street and connecting Streets, the disturbed roadways will be paved, anticipated to be performed in mid-July.
