Paving on Rockland Ave, between Ingalls St and Collage Ave begins Monday, June 23rd 
GMI Asphalt LLC, the contractor for the City of Manchester’s Department of Public Works (DPW), will begin paving on Rockland Ave between Ingalls Street and College Ave on Monday June 23, 2025 between the hours of 7:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. each day.
During this construction period, road access will be limited, and on-street parking will be prohibited during work hours. However, access to residential properties will be maintained throughout the duration of the work.
Travelers are encouraged to seek alternate routes to avoid delays. Please follow all posted detour signs and allow extra travel time.
We kindly ask that you plan your activities accordingly and avoid the construction zone whenever possible. While we aim to minimize disruptions, some delays and temporary limitations on access should be expected.
