This is to inform you that Continental Paving and Park Construction, the contractor for the Environmental Protection Division of the Department of Public Works (DPW), will be paving Belmont Street, between Smyth Road and Sagamore Street, Sagamore Street from Belmont to Skyview, all of Birchwood Street, High Ridge Road from Blodget to the top of the hill and Blodget Street from Skyview to Birchwood Street, on Thursday, June 26, 2025. Construction will take place from 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., (weather dependent). Proposed rain date will be Friday, June 27, 2025.
 
During this construction period, road access will be limited, and on-street parking will be prohibited during work hours on the listed streets. However, access to residential properties will be maintained throughout the duration of the work. Temporary overnight parking may be allowed during this time, but vehicles should be moved prior to 7:00 a.m. during the scheduled day of construction.
Motorists will be directed to alternate routes as paving progresses by Manchester police details. Please follow all posted detour signs and allow extra travel time for potential delays.

We kindly ask that you plan your activities accordingly and avoid the construction zone whenever possible. While we aim to minimize disruptions, some delays and temporary limitations on access should be expected.
