Today, at approximately 11:35 am, Sinclair Police were made aware of an incident adjacent to our Dayton campus. An armed robbery, involving a non-Sinclair student/staff member, was reported as having occurred in a non-Sinclair parking lot located behind Building 19. Sinclair Police immediately made the Dayton Police Dept. aware and attempts at locating the suspect remain actively in progress.
Sinclair Police maintain a continuous liaison with the Dayton Police Dept., especially when a serious crime occurs on adjacent streets or sidewalks to the campus. If a serious crime or incident occurs on campus or on a street immediately adjacent to campus, an alert is issued to the entire campus community.
