Another round of strong to severe thunderstorms is on the way later this evening into tonight. A Severe Thunderstorm Watch is in effect for the area until 12 a.m.
Damaging wind gusts and small hail are possible. Thunderstorms will also produce frequent cloud to ground lightning.
Torrential downpours, with rates of up to 2 inches per hour or more, could lead to flash flooding. Please use caution while driving this evening and tonight.
