This is to inform you that Park Construction, the contractor for the Environmental Protection Division of the Department of Public Works (DPW), will begin drainage work on Kennard Road, between Smyth Road and Lindahl Street, starting on Monday, August 11, 2025. Construction will take place daily from 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
This project will require road closures on Kennard Road during construction hours:
 

• Kennard Road will be closed to through traffic with access to affected residents only
• Parking will be prohibited within the construction area
• Residents will have limited access to and from their homes
• Traffic delays are likely

 
We encourage all residents to plan ahead, follow posted detour signs, and allow extra time for travel. Whenever possible, please avoid the construction area.
